  19. Going from a Pentium 120 running Linux to an A300 running AmiTCP-2.7 I get
  20. about 80K per sec. Running NetBSD on the A3000 gives me about 300k per sec
  21. or higher.

  23. To compare, a 486DX33 running Cameleon TCP/IP under Windows going to a HP
  24. workstation gets about 60K per sec.

  26. I think the performance is all in the OS you use, whats running on your PC?
